The CJ-MEDX is a jumbo-sized acoustic-electric with a huge sound and the distinguished timeless look that jumbo shaped acoustic guitars are known for. This classic jumbo body guitar features a Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides, and Cort’s CE306T preamp with 3-band EQ, chromatic tuner, and phase switch for use in a wide variety of playing and performing applications.

JUMBO BODY

The full-size jumbo body (100*125mm) produces a huge full-bodied sound with plenty of bass and exceptional volume.

 

SPRUCE TOP

Spruce provides an ideal balance between strength and flexibility, hence its overwhelming popularity as the wood of choice for tops of acoustic guitars. Spruce’s versatile sonic character makes it ideal for a variety of musical genres and playing styles.

 

MAHOGANY BACK & SIDES

Bright yet natural with a strong and warm midrange, the beloved mahogany wood has been a standard for back and sides on premium acoustics for many decades.

 

CORT® CE306T PREAMP

CE306T is a 3 Band EQ with volume control function , chromatic tuner , phase and treble, middle, bass control.

 

MERBAU FINGERBOARD

Merbau is a very dense and stiff wood that makes it ideal for the fingerboard usage. Merbau produces strong fundamentals and volume projection with an emphasis on the high-mids.

 

DIE-CASTING TUNERS

The diecast machine heads provide tuning stability as well as rock-solid functionality.
